Are aluminum or fiberglass ladders lighter?
Fiberglass ladders are used for commercial application because of their strong and durable material. Unlike aluminum ladders, fiberglass is weather resistant and non-conductive. Although aluminum ladders are more lightweight, they are non-conductive, so they should NOT be used while exposed to electricity.
