Klein Tools 24'' Bolt Cutter Heavy-Duty with Steel Handles is designed for constant use in the most demanding applications. The heavy-duty side plate keeps jaws aligned for clean quick cuts through reinforcing rod, wire mesh, guy strand and many other materials too tough for standard bolt cutters. The steel handles and precision ground, forged allow tool steel jaws make up the bolt cutter. The handles have heavy vinyl grips with flat grip ends for 90° cuts. The cutting capacity for hard materials is up to Brinell 400, Rockwell C42. The cutting capacity for soft materials is up to Brinell 300, and Rockwell C31.
