Are promotional sales items eligible for return?
Yes, unlike Clearance or Closeout items, Promotional Sale products are eligible for return within 180 days of receipt. Please note that returns made after 30 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Return Requirements and Process
To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back to our warehouse. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and uninstalled.
To request a return authorization, fill out the during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm EST).
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Homelectrical error or defective merchandise.
Homelectrical cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for your bank or credit card issuer to release the funds back to your account.
