15 Amp tamper resistant single receptacles are design for the economical consumer. These receptacles meet the 2008 National Electric Code (NEC) safety requirements for new and renovated homes. This product comes in classic white or ivory. The body of this receptacle is impact and rust resistant and is made of heavy duty GE LEXAN241R high impact thermoplastic. Tamper resistant receptacles also prevent dangerous accidents from occurring and protect the user. This receptacle also works reliably in as low as -40 Celsius and has removable screw hole mounts to enable custom fitting in any existing wiring box. Product is UL Certified.
