What LED tape lights work with the DI-CHB-S1-96AL channel?
This channel is designed for Diode LED BLAZE™, STREAMLITE™, and VALENT® series tape lights, including tunable white, RGBW, and warm dim models. Always confirm strip width fits the 0.58-inch interior width before ordering.
Does the frosted lens reduce brightness?
Yes. The classic frosted diffuser softens light and reduces visible LED dots, but it does cause about 20% light loss. Plan your lumen output accordingly if you need high-brightness task lighting.
Can this channel be used in damp or outdoor locations?
The channel itself is IP20 and intended for indoor use. It can be used in damp or wet locations only if paired with a wet-location-rated tape light and proper sealing, following local electrical codes
