The Honeywell Fibre-Metal SwingStrap Suspensions w/ Ratchet Headband features the patented SwingStrap which allows you to convert the headband from forward to reverse wearing position without needing to remove and reinstall the suspension. Not only is the headband reversible, but it combines the benefits of both the ratchet and the 360deg; padded sweatband, which provides extra comfort for longer use. This ratchet headband is strip proof and allows for easy adjustment at all times. Fibre-Metal offers 3 headband adjustments for hard hat suspensions. This headband is used with ratchet for E1 and E2.
