For the best cleaning and finishing on all metals, use the Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Discs to leave your metals looking extra clean. The discs leave a great burr-free metal surface that is sufficient for coating or painting. Easily remove and attach the discs to 3M hook & loop backup pads to remove light rust, oxides, and coatings from those dirt-stained metals. The surface conditioning discs are using with the following hand tools: right angle, random orbital, and dual action.

  • Color: Brown.
  • Diameter: 5".
  • Mounting: Hook & Loop.
  • Speed: 10,000 rpm (max).
  • Applicable Materials: Most Metals.
