Orders received before 3pm eastern standard time are typically shipped out that same day. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of stock due to popular demand. Should this occur, you will receive an update email within one to two business days. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. Due to our dedication to a quick delivery, once the order is sent to the warehouse for shipment, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

In order to offer you a wide range of products, some items on our website are not typically stocked in our warehouse. These items are usually built-to order and have longer lead time. They may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or brought into our warehouse with our next stock order and then shipped to you.
Please note that all special order items cannot be cancelled and are not returnable.
Clearance items are typically a returned, refurbished, discontinued, or model closeout item. They have been tested and work according to the manufacturer guidelines. These items are not always packaged in its original package, or may have missing instructions.

We accept most major credit cards payment including VISA, Master Card, and American Express which is the preferred method of payment.
As an added service to our customer, we also accept PayPal payment. Simply login into your PayPal account through the shopping cart and complete your payment process. Once you are done, you will be re-directed back to HomElectrical to complete your order.
Please note that PayPal Payment is a third party service offered by Paypal.com in which we have no control or access to your personal information or payment method within your PayPal account.
Once an order has been placed on our website or with our Customer Appreciation Representative, an authorization in the amount of your order is placed on your credit card. This is simply an acknowledgement from your bank that the card you have used is valid and the fund is available. On your Credit Card statement, the authorization may show up as “pending,” but please keep in mind that they are not charges. Although the bank has the authorized fund reserved, the charge will only occur once your order is shipped.
Please note that credit and debit card banks differ in how long authorizations are held. If the original authorization expires before the funds are captured, your card will automatically re-authorize after 30 days. Although these funds have not been captured, this hold can result in overdrafts. HomElectrical is not responsible for any fees occurring from this type of situation.
We accept payments by wire transfer for orders totaling over $500. For more information, please contact us and one of our Customer Appreciation Representative will be happy to assist you!

If you're a tax-exempt entity, you can take advantage of tax-exempt status for applicable purchases made at HomElectrical. HomElectrical for Business will also gladly assist you with placing a tax-exempt order.
