Bay lights come in linear or UFO styles. Linear bay lights have a long, rectangular shape and work well in areas that require a larger, longer beam angle. Low bay lights brighten large areas with ceilings ranging from 12 and 20 feet high. They often see use in buildings like workshops, parking garages, and grocery stores.

LED high bay lights typically replace metal halide or high-pressure sodium lights as an energy efficient alternative. They also offer exceptional quality with high CRI for better color rendering. Additionally, LED lights can turn on instantly, unlike their traditional counterparts, which can take minutes to reach full brightness.

Additionally, LED fixtures offer lower operating costs and can help lower maintenance costs. LED fixtures last around 50,000 rated hours. If left on for 24 hours a day, this means they can last over 5 years! This helps reduce maintenance costs as you won’t have to change light bulbs as often.

Damp location rated fixtures, or fixtures suitable for damp locations, work in indoor or outdoor locations that experience some moisture, like covered porches. However, these spaces must not experience direct exposure to water.

UL wet location rated fixtures work in areas that might encounter dripping water, rain, or other splashing water. They work well in areas like gazebos, walkways, outdoor dining areas, and more.
