Dimplex Industrial Unit Heaters

Industrial heaters can heat large spaces with high ceilings like warehouses, garages, and workshops. The heaters circulate warm air throughout the entire space through use of powerful fan-forced air.

Mounting to the ceiling or wall, the versatile Dimplex unit heaters have varying powers ranging from 10,000 BTU/H to 40,000 BTU/H and maximum wattage from 4800W to 12,000W. Select models come with adjustable louvres to direct air flow.

The heater proper for the job depends on the size of the space requiring heat. Generally, account for 10 watts per square foot.

To determine the unit heater you need, multiply the square footage of your space by 10. A 100 square foot space would need 1,000 watts.

To determine the capability of a unit heater, divide the wattage of the heater by 10. A 4,000-watt heater can capably heat a 400 square foot space.
