The Stelpro Floor Insert FI Fan Heater is ideal for those with a need for convection electric heat but don't have the proper wall space for installation.
Stelpro 900W Convection Floor Insert Heater, Low Density, 120 V, Black features:
- Low density unit - 150 watts per linear foot.
- Epoxy-polyester powder coat keeps unit looking new.
- 18-gauge galvanized steel cabinet.
- 9-gauge extruded aluminum grill.
- Thermal protection with manual reset eliminates fire hazard and over heating.
- Protective wire mesh prevents unwanted objects from entering the unit.
- Single tubular, stainless steel sheathed element with boxed aluminum fins improves heat dissipation.
- Element is securely fastened at its center.
- Floating in nylon sleeves at each end, eliminating expansion and contraction noises.
- Wall thermostat (not included) - the use of an electronic thermostat is strongly recommended.
- Floor recessed.
- Recessed parallel to floor joists.
- Can be installed in concrete floors without any additional framing.
- Air vents on sides may be blocked but may not maximize air output.
