3M 4" Brown Scotch Brite Surface Conditioning Disc

3M Scotch Brite 4" Surface Conditioning Disc can be easily attached to and removed from the 3M Hook and Loop backup pads. Can also be used with the following hand tools: right angle, random orbital, and dual action tools. Tool can operate at a maximum speed of 13,000 rpm. A coarse roughness grade can be used for cleaning, finishing, and light deburring on most metals.
