- Tamper resistant receptacles provide compliance with 2014 NEC Article 406.12.
- Made from high impact-resistant thermoplasic material which eliminates breakage.
- Longer, wider strap provides 40% more contact area with wallboard removing the need for floating installations.
- Has patented built in stripper for #14 & #12 AWG wire to speed up installation.
- Double-wipe ground contacts ensure long-term ground retention.
- Side wire terminals accept up to #10 AWG solid wire.
- GFCIs self-test periodically to ensure GFCI protection.
