Ridgid Shovels feature shovel blades and shanks that are one-piece, rust proofed, and made with 14 gauge steel. The shovel is taper formed and then heat treated for greatest resistance. The round blades are slip resistant and turned steped. The shovel also features a burnish lacquered ash handle that is double riveted to the blade socket.
