What is a convection oven?

A convection oven uses convection heat to cook or bake the food. Fans circulate air throughout the oven to help the food cook evenly. This lets you cook at lower temperatures while keeping your food crispy. Convection ovens can easily cook foods for large meals, and can perform functions such as baking, broiling, and roasting. They save you the hassle of having to use your regular oven.

What is a smart oven?

A smart oven resembles a toaster oven or conventional oven. While it does use convection heating, it stands out because it uses multiple cooking modes. You can control the oven cooking modes with the push of a button.

Whynter’s 40 qt capacity Counter-Top Multi-Function Intelligent Convection Oven includes the following cooking processes: Ferment, Preheat, Yogurt, Air Fry, Dehydrate, Steam, Bake, Roast, DIY, Descaling. The DIY mode lets home cooks customize their cooking needs. The descaling mode makes the stainless steel interior easy to clean.

The oven allows for multi-layer cooking with heating modes including Steam, Top Heater, Bottom Heater, and Back Heater. This means you can put foods with different cooking requirements in the oven together. Use the soft touch LED control and display to adjust the temperature from 85-450 degrees Fahrenheit. Preset the cooking time up to 24 hours.

The smart oven has a stainless steel exterior with a stylish black handle and a tempered double-pane mirror glass door. It has a 40 liter capacity with a 1.4 liter water tank. It includes interior light control and a child lock for additional safety. The oven comes with the following accessories: fork assembly, fork handle, broiling/steaming rack, baking pan, oven mitt, recipe guide.
