While it may seem simple, please consult a licensed electrician to come do the replacement. Below are the steps they would follow to complete the replacement.

• To begin, the electrician will turn off the power. They will do this by turning off the breaker.
• Once the power is off, they will remove the fixture from the wall.
• When the fixture is removed, they will test the wires to see if the power is off. If the power is off, they will disconnect the wiring.
• Then, they will install a new bracket on the wall.
• Once the mounting bracket is on the wall, they will connect the wiring from the new fixture to the wall.
• After the wiring is completed, the electrician will attach the fixture and turn the power on to see if their work is completed.

To wire a Nuvo’s Intention pendant light, an electrician would first need to insert the green grounding screw into the hole with two raised dimples.

Then, they will wrap the ground wire from the fixture around the green grounding screw and connect it to the ground wire from the outlet box.

Next, they will wire certain wires to a black or white power source. Once they have completed putting the wires together, the electrician will connect the fixture wires to the wall wires and the wire installation will be complete.
