DryConn waterproof wire nut connector uses a silicone-filled polypropylene tube to protect wires in direct bury applications. The wire nut housing provides an added strain relief design which increases longevity and durability of wires. The connector is also certified UL 486D as a sealed wire connector system, for use in damp, wet, rain tight, direct bury, and submersible applications. The tube is made with UV and impact resistant material, ideal for outdoor conditions. The tubing includes a red/yellow Gorilla wire nut wire connector, for wires ranged #22 to #8. Not to be used in continuous submersion situations.
