Diode LED Terminal Blocks

A terminal block, also known as a connection terminal, is an insulated block that keeps two or more wires together. Most terminal blocks have a clamping component and conducting strip. Terminal blocks are used in many different applications where electrical systems need a safe connection.

There are several different connection methods available to choose from. These connections are:

• Screw-in: Use screws to hold the wires in place.
• Barrier / Europe Connectors: Use screws to clamp the wires. Also, use a small lid to protect the wiring
Spring-Cage / Spring-Loaded Connection: Connection is made by inserting the wires. Attaching or releasing is done through a spring release device.
• Push-in / Push-Fit: Connection made by inserting the wires. To release the wire, push the release device mounted right next to the wire insertion point.
• Insulation displacement / Fast Connection: Force the connector through the insulated jacket.
• Pluggable: Connection to the wire is made via a plug and socket configuration. This is best if a quick disconnect is needed.
• Tab: A wire will be attached to a connector and pushed onto a tab.
