- Water-based and non-sag.
- VOC compliant.
- Protected in wet and dry stages against mold growth with a combination of biocides.
- Flexible set and Excellent freeze-thaw.
- Cures to an elastomeric seal suitable where dynamic movement is expected.
- For interior use and paintable.
- Safe and easy to use for most applications; No dilution or mixing is required.
- Easy to apply and retrofit.
- Can be applied with conventional caulking gun, bulk loading gun, troweled from pail, or pumped directly from pail.
- STC rating 51.
- Minimum 3-year shelf life and Intumescent.
- Certifications: UL Certified, FBC, FM Approved, Clean Air Gold.
