The Weiler 7" Big Cat Abrasive Flat Flap Disc with 40 Grit features phenolic backing to guarantee a longer life than standard flap discs. This abrasive flap disc is perfect for deburring, finishing, grinding, and welding blending, most ideally at a working angle of 15°. Thicker Flap disc has larger flaps which conforms to curved and irregular surfaces while producing an excellent finish on a variety of applications, such as cast iron, most metals, non-ferrous soft metal, and steel.
