The Weiler 4-1/2" Big Cat High Density Abrasive Flat Flap Disc with 40 Grit is a much thicker disc with larger flaps that conform to curved and irregular surfaces while always producing a great finish. This flat flap disc is most ideal for a working angle of less than 15°. Phenolic backing of high density flap disc gives it 30-40% of a longer life than standard flap discs.
