Coated with epoxy-polyester powdercoat over the 18-gauge galvanized steel cabinet and 9-gauge extruded aluminum grill. Expansion and contraction noises eliminated by the sheathed element floating in nylon sleeves at each end. Boxed aluminum fins securely fastened at units center with single tubular, stainless steel sheathed element that improves heat dissipation. Thermal protection with manual reset. Wall thermostat available (not included). 10-year warranty included for the element; 1-year warranty for other components.
