- Safer to use because of its low toxicity - application and cleanup are safe, simple, and easy.

- May be left in sprayer - will not corrode parts.
- Will not harm aluminum, copper or steel and Acts as a corrosion inhibitor with no heat transfer loss.
- Biodegradable.
- Will not chemically attack coils like standard acid and alkaline coil cleaners.
- Use to deep clean the indoor evaporator of mini-split A/C units that are located in areas where wall and floor protection are necessary.
