- Water based and non sag. VOC compliant. Protected in wet and dry stages against mold growth with a combination of biocides.
- Flexible set and excellent freeze thaw. Cures to an elastomeric seal suitable where dynamic movement is expected.
- For interior use and paintable. Safe and easy to use for most applications; no dilution or mixing is required. Easy to apply and retrofit. Can be applied with conventional caulking gun, bulk loading gun, troweled from pail, or pumped directly from pail.
- STC rating 51.
- Minimum 3 year shelf life.
