Most new and unopened items may be returned within 180 days from receipt of your order (see exceptions below*). Returns over 30 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
In order for returns to be accepted, your items must be shipped to the assigned warehouse with an RMA Number and in its original packaging. Return shipments without a Return Authorization (RMA) Number will not be issued a refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned product(s), your credit card will be credited for the amount paid of the item(s) minus the 30% restocking fee and the return shipping charges. Returns made after the 180 day policy will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. HomElectrical is not responsible for the return of return shipments made without an RMA Number.
All products with the Satisfaction Seal will
not incur the 30% restocking fee.

- All types of aerosol cans

How do I return an item?
Simply click on the START A RETURN button. Once you complete the Return Request Form, one of out Customer Appreciation Team members will contact you within 3 business days to assist you with your return or exchange. Please do not send the items back to our warehouse without an RMA number.
When will I get my refund?
It could take up to 4 weeks. However, most refunds are fully completed within 3-5 business days after the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.
Who is responsible for the return shipping?
If you elect to use our return label, and the reason for return is not a result of an HomeElectrical.com error, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact our Customer Appreciation Team immediately if you change your mind. Once your order is sent to our warehouse for processing we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. If your order was not able to be cancelled, please follow our return process to have the items(s) shipped back to us.
Can I modify my order?
Please contact our Customer Appreciation Team immediately if you need to modify your order. In order to maintain accuracy and quick shipment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to either add or remove additional item(s) from your order once it is sent to our warehouse for processing.
