A 1,500W baseboard heater can often heat a room around 150 square feet, but actual coverage depends on several facotrs. Rooms with high ceilings (10-ft+), poor insulation, a lot of windows, or extreme outdoor climates may require even more heat output. Lastly, required wattage can change depending on whether the heater is providing primary or supplemental heat.
