Color Policy

Here at HomElectrical, we do our best to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible, but there are several factors that could affect the quality of the image. Depending on the monitor settings, brightness, and resolution, the images might appear differently on screen than in person, so we cannot guarantee our color accuracy.

Image Policy

Our staff does their best to use the most accurate and up-to-date images, but in some cases, images are simply not available so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our images. In these instances, we find the closest possible representative image for that products. Some of our images may also include optional accessories or features that may require separate purchase. To fully understand the product you are purchasing, we recommend a very careful reading of the product description.

Pricing Policy

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of prices advertised on third party websites as we are unable to control how often the update their systems. The prices on our website are regularly updated to ensure accurate, real-time pricing. Prices that are not valid from third party sites will not be honored at checkout. Warranty Policy

All warranties are handled according to the manufacturers’ warranty policy. All warranty claims should be handled through the manufacturer, but our Customer Service Representatives will be glad to assist with the process in any way they can. For international claims, check the manufacturers’ warranty policy to make sure it’s valid within the region.

For all warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the entirety of return shipping charges.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and HomElectrical reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HomElectrical will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with HomElectrical's Return Policy.
